1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms define the payment procedure for Goods and Services purchased by Buyers through the Novo Market Marketplace.

1.2. Payment is made for Goods/Services listed by independent Sellers. The Marketplace acts as an information intermediary and provides the technical infrastructure for processing payments.

1.3. Payment for goods and services on the Marketplace is made in Russian rubles (RUB).

1.4. Prices for Goods/Services are set by Sellers independently and are indicated on the corresponding Goods/Services page.

2.1. The Marketplace supports the following payment methods:

2.2. Available payment methods may vary depending on the Seller and the type of Goods/Services.

2.3. All payments are processed through certified payment systems in compliance with PCI DSS security standards.

3. Payment Process

3.1. The order payment procedure includes the following steps:

  1. Selection of Goods/Services and adding them to the cart
  2. Placing an order with contact details and delivery method
  3. Choosing a payment method from the available options
  4. Redirect to the secure payment system page
  5. Entering payment details and confirming the payment
  6. Receiving a successful payment notification

3.2. When paying by bank card, the Buyer may be redirected to the issuing bank's page for additional authentication (3D-Secure).

3.3. The Buyer's payment obligation is considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are received in the payment system account.

4. Payment Security

4.1. All payments are processed through a secure HTTPS connection using TLS 1.2 protocol and above.

4.2. The Marketplace does not store full bank card data of Buyers. Payment data processing is carried out by certified payment aggregators.

4.3. To protect against fraud, 3D-Secure technology is used, requiring payment confirmation via SMS code or push notification from the bank.

4.4. In case of suspicious activity, the payment system has the right to request additional identity verification of the Buyer.

5. Payment Confirmation

5.1. After successful payment, the Buyer receives a confirmation to the email address provided during checkout.

5.2. The confirmation contains the following information:

  • Order number
  • Payment date and time
  • Payment amount
  • Order contents
  • Seller contact details

5.3. Order information is also displayed in the Buyer's personal account on the Marketplace (if registered).

5.4. A fiscal receipt is sent by the Seller in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Refunds

6.1. The refund procedure is governed by the Return Policy and depends on the type of purchased Goods/Services.

6.2. Refunds are made to the same payment instrument from which the payment was made.

6.3. The refund processing time is:

Bank Card 3-30 days
E-Wallet 1-5 days
SBP 1-3 days

Refunds are made to the same payment instrument used for the original payment

6.4. The Marketplace does not charge a fee for processing refunds. Payment system and bank fees may apply in accordance with their tariffs.

7. Failed Payments

7.1. A payment may be declined for the following reasons:

  • Insufficient funds in the account
  • Incorrectly entered payment details
  • Card is blocked or expired
  • Transaction limits set by the bank have been exceeded
  • Transaction rejected by the security system

7.2. In case of an unsuccessful payment, the Buyer receives a notification indicating the reason for the decline.

7.3. If you experience payment issues, it is recommended to:

  • Check the accuracy of the entered data
  • Contact the card issuing bank to clarify the reason for the decline
  • Try an alternative payment method
