Return Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document establishes the rules for returning goods and refusing services purchased through the DexarMarket marketplace.

1.2. The marketplace serves only as an information intermediary, and all return issues are regulated between the Buyer and the Seller in accordance with the norms of Russian legislation.

1.3. The return of goods of proper quality is regulated by Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection".

1.4. The return of defective goods is subject to Articles 18–24 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection".

1.5. The specifics of returning digital goods are determined by Russian legislation.

2. Return Deadlines

2.1. Goods of proper quality:

  • Remote purchase method: 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
  • Before delivery of goods: at any time.
  • Without written notice of return rules: 3 months from the date of receipt.

2.2. Goods of improper quality:

  • Within the established warranty period.
  • If no warranty is specified: 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods.
  • For significant defects: the entire service life of the product.

2.3. Digital goods:

Returns are available only before the start of downloading or product activation. After use has begun, returns are not possible (except in cases of significant defects that prevent normal use of the product).

3. Conditions for Returning Goods of Proper Quality

Goods can be returned if the following requirements are met:

  • The appearance and consumer properties of the goods are preserved.
  • The original packaging and all accessories are fully preserved.
  • All factory labels, seals, and stickers are preserved.
  • The product has not been used and shows no signs of wear.
  • Proof of purchase is available (receipt, invoice, etc.).

The Buyer pays the shipping costs for returning goods of proper quality, unless otherwise agreed separately with the Seller.

The Seller is obligated to refund the money for goods of proper quality within 10 days after the return request is submitted.

4. Categories of Non-Returnable Goods

According to Government Decree of the Russian Federation No. 2463 dated December 31, 2020, the following groups of goods of proper quality are not subject to return:

  • Medical products for home use.
  • Personal hygiene items (combs, toothbrushes, etc.).
  • Perfumes and cosmetics.
  • Fabrics, threads, ribbons, and similar products sold by the meter.
  • Underwear, lingerie, hosiery.
  • Disposable tableware and utensils.
  • Household chemicals, fertilizers, and chemicals.
  • Furniture.
  • Jewelry and decorative accessories.
  • Motor vehicles and spare parts.
  • Technically complex household goods with a warranty.
  • Civilian weapons and ammunition.
  • Animals and plants.
  • Non-periodical publications (books, magazines, albums).

These goods are accepted for return only when defects or manufacturing flaws are identified.

5. Return Procedure

The return process is as follows:

  1. Contact the Seller through the website or the provided contact information.
  2. State the reason for the return and provide evidence of the defect (photos, videos).
  3. Receive instructions for sending the goods back.
  4. Pack the goods in the original box together with accessories.
  5. Ship the goods using the specified method.
  6. Provide the postal tracking number to the Seller.
  7. Wait for the Seller to inspect the goods (up to 10 days).
  8. The money will be refunded to the Buyer.

The marketplace is ready to support conflict resolution if the need arises.

6. Refund of Funds

Funds are returned using the same payment method used for the purchase:

  • Via bank card.
  • Electronic wallet.
  • Via payment link.

Refund period:

  • Goods of proper quality: 10 days from the date the Seller accepts the request.
  • Goods of improper quality: 10 days from the date of the Buyer's request.

The Buyer has the right to demand reimbursement for the cost of defective goods and compensation for shipping expenses.

7. Product Exchange

If goods of proper quality do not fit in terms of shape, dimensions, or characteristics, the Buyer may exchange them for a similar product from the Seller.

If a suitable product is not available, the Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase and receive a refund.

8. Warranty Service

Information about warranty obligations is available in the relevant section of the catalog or from the Seller.

The warranty is fulfilled by the Seller or by the manufacturer's authorized service center.

Warranty coverage does not apply to mechanical damage, improper use, or unauthorized repairs.

9. Liability of Parties

The Seller is responsible for the quality of goods and the timeliness of refunds.

The Buyer is obligated to maintain the integrity of the packaging and completeness of the goods until the moment of return.

The marketplace, acting as an intermediary, is not responsible for the Seller's failure to fulfill obligations, but assists in resolving conflicts.

If the conflict cannot be resolved amicably, the Buyer has the right to file a complaint with Rospotrebnadzor or the court at the Seller's location.
