1. Delivery Methods

1.1. Digital products: The DexarMarket platform delivers digital products (license keys, electronic certificates, digital content, etc.) to the Buyer's specified email address or personal account on the platform immediately upon payment confirmation.

1.2. Physical products: The Seller independently delivers physical Products using transport companies and postal operators, including but not limited to: CDEK, Russian Post, Boxberry, DPD, Yandex.Delivery, and other carriers as agreed with the Buyer.

1.3. Delivery methods for physical products available for a specific Order are determined by the Seller at the time of placing the Order and may include:

  • courier delivery (CDEK, DPD, Yandex.Delivery, other courier services);
  • delivery to a pickup point (Boxberry, CDEK, Russian Post);
  • postal shipment (Russian Post);
  • self-pickup (if applicable for the given Product).

1.4. The choice of a specific delivery method is made by the Buyer during the Order placement process within the available options offered by the Seller.

2. Delivery Cost

2.1. Digital products: Delivery of digital products is free of charge.

2.2. Physical products: The delivery cost for physical products is determined by the Seller depending on the chosen delivery method, weight and dimensions of the shipment, delivery address, and the carrier's current rates at the time of placing the Order.

2.3. The final delivery cost for physical products is displayed to the Buyer before Order confirmation and is included in the total amount payable.

2.4. During promotions and special offers, delivery may be provided free of charge subject to the conditions specified in the promotion description.

3. Delivery Timeframes

3.1. Digital products: Digital products are delivered instantly (within a few minutes) after payment confirmation. In some cases, the timeframe may be up to 24 hours.

3.2. Physical products: Estimated delivery timeframes for physical products within the Russian Federation are from 1 (one) to 14 (fourteen) business days from the moment the shipment is handed over to the carrier by the Seller.

3.3. The specified timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on the delivery region, carrier operations, weather conditions, weekends, and public holidays.

3.4. The exact delivery timeframe for physical products is calculated automatically when placing the Order based on the selected carrier's data and is communicated to the Buyer.

3.5. The Seller shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by the actions or inaction of the carrier, force majeure circumstances, or other reasons beyond the Seller's control.

4. Terms of Product Handover and Acceptance

4.1. The Product is delivered to the Buyer or a person designated by them by the carrier in accordance with the terms of the selected delivery method.

4.2. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Product passes to the Buyer from the moment of actual handover of the Product to the Buyer or their authorized representative.

4.3. Upon receiving the Product, the Buyer must:

  • check the integrity of the packaging and verify that the name and quantity of the Product correspond to the data indicated in the accompanying documents;
  • in the event of packaging damage, shortages, or Product discrepancies — draw up a report in the presence of the carrier's representative;
  • if there are no claims — sign the carrier's documents confirming receipt of the Product in proper condition.

4.4. The Product is shipped by the Seller after Order confirmation and receipt of payment (full or partial) in accordance with the terms of the specific Order.

4.5. The Seller shall not be liable for loss, damage, or delay of the Product during transportation if such circumstances are caused by the actions or inaction of the carrier. In such cases, the Buyer may file claims directly with the carrier in accordance with the procedure established by law, and the Seller undertakes to assist in resolving the dispute to a reasonable extent.
