1. General Warranty Provisions

This section establishes the procedure for providing warranty services on products purchased on the DexarMarket marketplace.

  • Warranty obligations are fulfilled by the Seller of the product, in strict accordance with Russian legislation.
  • The DexarMarket platform acts only as an information intermediary and does not participate in the fulfillment of warranty conditions.
  • The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects and deficiencies that are not caused by the buyer.

2. Warranty Period 🏷

The warranty period is set by the Seller or the product manufacturer and is published:

  • On the product pages of our website.
  • In the warranty card included in the packaging.
  • In the accompanying product documentation.

Typical warranty periods by product category:

  • Electronics and household appliances: 12 to 24 months.
  • Computer equipment and components: 12 to 36 months.
  • Clothing and footwear: 30 days to 6 months (depends on seasonality).
  • Furniture: 12 to 18 months.
  • Digital products: support is determined by the Seller.

The warranty period begins from the moment the product is delivered to the buyer.

Product replacement renews the warranty period from the date of the replacement.

If the warranty period is not specified by the Seller, the buyer has the right to file claims within 2 years from the date of purchase (pursuant to Article 19 of the Russian Federation Law "On Consumer Protection").

3. Warranty Conditions 📝

The warranty is valid subject to the following requirements:

  • The product was used strictly according to the instructions.
  • No unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification of the device.
  • No mechanical damage to the external casing or internal components.
  • Original seals and serial numbers are intact (if applicable).
  • The device was not exposed to high temperatures, humidity, or chemicals.
  • The warranty card and proof of purchase (receipt, invoice) are available.

Documents required for a warranty claim:

  • The product with its complete set of accessories.
  • Warranty card (if included).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, cash order).
  • Owner's identification document (e.g., passport).

4. Warranty Repair and Replacement 🛠

Buyer's rights upon discovering a defect:

If a defect is found within the warranty period, you have the right to:

  • Have the defect repaired free of charge.
  • Receive a similar product as a replacement for the defective one.
  • Request a replacement with a different product with a price adjustment.
  • Reduce the product price proportionally to the defect.
  • Receive a full refund for the product.

Repair timeframes:

Repairs are carried out promptly, but the maximum period is 45 days (Article 20 of the Russian Federation Law "On Consumer Protection"). If the deadline is violated, you may request a product replacement or a refund.

Temporary product replacement:

If the repair period exceeds one week, the seller is obligated to provide a temporary replacement for technically complex products.

Delivery for repair:

The costs of transporting the product to the service center and back are covered by the seller or the authorized service center.

5. Cases Not Covered by Warranty 🔍

The warranty does not apply if the following circumstances are identified:

  • Mechanical damage (impacts, drops, cracks, scratches);
  • Violation of usage rules (incorrect connection, overloading, non-standard use);
  • Damage from external factors (liquid, dirt, high temperatures, moisture);
  • Unauthorized repair (disassembly, modification, component replacement);
  • Force majeure events (fire, flooding, theft, natural disasters);
  • Natural aging of materials (color fading, loss of shine, minor wear);
  • Unauthorized tampering with factory seals or destruction of serial numbers.

The following are also not covered by warranty:

  • Cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality (surface scratches, minor spots);
  • Changes in appearance due to normal use;
  • Software issues caused by installation of third-party software;
  • Compatibility issues with devices or software from other manufacturers.

Warranty limitations on consumables (batteries, bulbs, filters) are separately specified in the product description.

6. Warranty Service Application Procedure 🗒

To use the warranty service, follow these steps:

  1. Contact the seller using the contact details provided in your order.
  2. Explain the issue and attach photos or video (if necessary).
  3. Receive instructions from the seller on how to contact the service center or the address to send the product.
  4. Deliver the product to the service center with documents confirming the purchase (warranty card, receipt).
  5. Receive an acceptance certificate specifying the repair timeframe.
  6. Pick up the repaired product after being notified of the repair completion.

Rules for sending products by mail or courier:

  • Securely package the device to prevent possible damage during transportation.
  • Include copies of purchase documents and a detailed description of the problem inside the package.
  • Process the shipment with a declared value.
  • Be sure to keep the tracking number to monitor the shipment's location.

7. Additional Buyer Rights 🎯

If the product has a significant defect, you have the right to:

  • Demand a full refund.
  • Request a replacement with a product of a different model with a corresponding price adjustment.

A significant defect is a situation where:

  • The malfunction cannot be repaired.
  • Repairing the malfunction requires significant costs or a long time.
  • The defect reappears after repair.
  • The same problem occurs repeatedly.

In addition, you may recover damages incurred due to the sale of a defective product.
