1.1. These Terms define the payment procedures for Goods and Services purchased by Buyers through the DexarMarket Marketplace.
1.2. Payment is made for Goods/Services listed by independent Sellers. The Marketplace acts as an information intermediary and provides the technical infrastructure for processing payments.
1.3. Payment for goods and services on the Marketplace is made in Russian rubles (RUB).
1.4. Prices for Goods/Services are set by Sellers independently and are indicated on the respective Goods/Services page.

3.3. The Buyer's payment obligation is considered fulfilled upon receipt of funds by the payment system.

4.2. The Marketplace does not store full bank card data of Buyers. Payment data processing is carried out by certified payment aggregators.
4.3. 3D-Secure technology is used to protect against fraud, requiring payment confirmation via SMS code or push notification from the bank.
4.4. In case of suspicious activity, the payment system reserves the right to request additional identity verification of the Buyer.
5.1. After successful payment, the Buyer receives a confirmation to the email address provided during order placement.

5.4. A fiscal receipt is sent by the Seller in accordance with the requirements of RF legislation.
6.1. The refund procedure is governed by the Return Policy and depends on the type of Goods/Services purchased.
6.2. Refunds are made to the same payment instrument used for the original payment.
